Services
From site assessment to year-five maintenance.
The same crew that reads the site plants it and keeps it. No handover gap, no guessing why something failed.
Consultation & site assessment
We meet to build the project brief, review the landscape master plan, and walk the site to assess physical conditions — exposure, drainage, soil, and how far the salt wind reaches. Where the plan calls for species that will struggle here, we flag it at this stage, not after planting.
Planting design & substitution
We identify the theme that holds the design together, then build a plant list from species that are proven on this island. Substitutions are presented as a schedule: what is being replaced, the proposed alternative, botanical names, photographs, and the reason. Tree and palm heights and canopy spread are adjusted to suit prevailing wind, because smaller, balanced specimens establish better than oversized ones.
Soil preparation & supports
Topsoil is blended with well-composted manure to improve moisture retention and feed establishment — roughly 1:1 for trees, 2:1 manure to soil for palms, and 1:3 for shrubs and ground cover. On exposed sites every tree and palm is supported with three-point staking to limit stem movement and encourage rooting.
Nursery supply & procurement
Plant material is grown and hardened off in our own nursery, which is how we can hold stock to the size and quantity a project needs. We also coordinate topsoil, pen manure, pumice, support material, transport, equipment and water tanker service, and set up staging and storage areas before planting starts.
Installation & establishment
Palms are root-pruned ahead of lifting, support structures are prepared in advance, and material is tended on site until it goes into the ground. The planting sequence is planned around the project programme so nothing sits in pots longer than it should.
Maintenance
Established landscapes need a rhythm, not a rescue. We maintain what we plant — pruning cycles, bed refresh, lawn care, irrigation checks and replanting — on schedules built around the species and the season rather than a fixed visit count.
Why the nursery matters
Plants that have already met the weather.
Nursery stock raised on the island is acclimatised to the same heat, salt and rainfall it will face in the ground. That is a different proposition from importing plants that look right on delivery and decline three months later.
It also means we can hold material to the size a design actually needs, and stage a planting programme across weeks instead of taking whatever is available on the day.

Send the location and a few photos, or ask us to come out. We'll come back with a plant list, a cost and a planting window.
